Every day, children in Gaza are living with the constant threat of unexploded bombs.

Their natural curiosity puts them at the highest risk of injury, as explosive items can often appear to be a tempting toy.

A child at a risk education session holds a sign with the lifesaving message: “Keep away from dangerous areas.”

A child's ability to identify an explosive item could save their life.

MAG and our partners, Save Youth Future Society, have deployed 20 risk education teams across Gaza to teach communities how to stay safe around explosive hazards.

The sessions teach critical safety information like "Don't approach! Don't touch! Report immediately!"

Since September, these teams have reached over 100,000 people with critical safety information.

For young people, the education is interactive and child-friendly, designed to engage them while teaching them how to identify and avoid dangerous items.

"Never touch suspicious objects": The information children learn in these sessions could save their lives.

For children in conflict zones, knowing how to avoid explosives isn’t just a lesson, but a lifeline. This Christmas you can help to keep people in Gaza safe. Please give today.
