Regional Human Resources Coordinator (Fixed Term)

£23,808 - £26,796 per annum plus contributory pension

Manchester City Centre

MAG is a humanitarian organisation, working worldwide to save and improve lives by reducing the devastating effects of armed violence and the remnants of conflict.

An opportunity has arisen in our HR team for a period of approximately ten months to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR candidate who is looking to expand their experience in a role with a difference. Based in our HQ, but working with managers across MAG projects worldwide, your key challenge will be to source, recruit and deploy staff to meet project needs. You will also have responsibility for providing generalist HR advice to managers and HR project work.

You will be a graduate member of the CIPD or working towards it, with experience in a generalist HR role. You will need to have experience of providing an efficient recruitment service and providing advice on a range of HR issues.

This is a busy and varied role in a fast paced environment, for which you will need to be able to demonstrate initiative and strong organisational and communication skills. You will also recognise that good HR practice can make a real difference to MAG's success in saving lives and building futures.
